Nebo strongly believes in student success through three areas including engage, empower, and collaborate. 

National School Counseling Week is February 7-11, 2022. This is a great week to focus on the unique contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems.

The Shadow Mountain team presented to the Nebo School Board of Education this past month. 

Nebo’s Advanced Learning Center (ALC) will being holding their annual Open House on February 7-8, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. for Nebo students interested in career-type classes. ALC’s address is 161 East 400 North, Salem. Come and explore, discover, and create.

Nebo students are planning and preparing for science fairs across Nebo School District. We were lucky to be able to drop in and see some of our fifth-grade students at Spanish Oaks Elementary presenting their science fair projects to the judges. 

After a full day of rehearsals, over 500 high school students from across the state gathered in separate Women's and Men's Honor Choirs for an afternoon concert in Abravanel Hall in downtown Salt Lake City, on Saturday, January 22. 

Congratulations to our very own Nebo teacher, Mrs. Whitney Black, who teaches Career Technology Education (CTE) classes at Salem Hills High.
