You have probably heard that secretaries are the glue that hold schools together. Secretaries not only answer phones, keep budgets, proofread, and send out communication; but they organize, supervise classes, and heal student “owies”.
Two students from Santaquin Elementary started the presentation to the Nebo School Board of Education. Tori Ludlow and Alli Blake on the student council that consists of 32 members discussed their BYU leadership conference.
Nebo District is joining a national movement in moving forward computer science in our students by participating in Computer Science Education Week the week of Dec 7-11, 2015. (csedweek.org). Computer science skills are increasingly relevant for our students to master with some expert
Sarah Lewis has a passion for students and dance. She put her talents to work has created a popular girls dance class with 32 girls enrolled. The enthusiasm grew and the boys wanted in on the action, so Landmark now has an all-boys hip hop dance class with Stomp dancing.

The Springville Mayor and City Council recognized three Nebo students at November’s City Council Meeting. These students were nominated by their teachers, principals and counselors.
