The Society for Science and the Public distributed $100,000 in grants to 24 science research teachers across the nation to help teachers purchase needed equipment and amenities for their classrooms, including $3,000 to Kate Elliott, a sixth-grade teacher at Foothills Elementary School.
Every Monday is early out for students in Nebo School District. After the students depart for home, teachers collaborate with each other and work to analyze student data as well as plan curriculum with their teams to help each student in Nebo be successful.

Nebo School District teachers and administrators are excited to have students back in the classroom and schools. Teachers having been training all summer to get ready for the first day of school and meeting their students.
Almost all the high schools were represented at the Spanish Fork Fiesta Days parade including an elementary school. Nebo has many talented students that demonstrated those talents through student council, band, theater, FFA, cheerleading and dance.
