Kacie Bosone Appointed Human Resource Officer

The Nebo School Board of Education appointed Kacie Bosone as the Human Resource Officer for Nebo School District.

Ms. Bosone earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Utah State University and her master’s degree in Education Leadership from Utah Valley University.

This past year, Ms. Bosone served as Dean of Students for Salem Junior High. She previously served an administrative intern at Spanish Fork High. She taught business and marketing classes at Salem Hills High for eight years and Landmark High for five years.

Ms. Bosone was honored with the Nebo School District PEAK Award in 2015.

Kacie said, “I’m excited to continue my career in Nebo School District and am grateful for the many mentors I have had along the way. I look forward to providing educators and students with ongoing support and opportunities for success.”

A colleague said, “It is a pleasure to watch Ms. Bosone build relationships with students and staff. She is a natural with students when working with them on behavior, academics, or attendance concerns. Many teachers come to her for advice when dealing with a difficult student or challenging situation. Ms Bosone is a natural exhibiting genuineness, wisdom, confidence, and an empathetic nature. She is a true professional.”

One of Kacie’s favorite quotes is by Eleanor Roosevelt: “You must do the things you think you cannot do.”

Kacie enjoys spending time with her family (especially her two children), traveling, hiking, camping, road biking, and trail running (which usually turns into a walk).
