On July 31st, Kindergarten through 5th grade teachers had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other teachers on their grade level while planning new curriculum for language arts. It was exciting to see the interest teachers had to work together on something they were passionate about.
Each grade level had the opportunity to learn from the talented Instructional Coaches on the new curriculum. The enthusiasm and dedication displayed by the teachers and coaches were truly inspiring. Their willingness to invest time and effort into curriculum development demonstrates their commitment to providing high-quality education for their students. The collaborative planning session not only enhanced the curriculum but also strengthened the professional bonds among educators in the district.
We are confident that the new language arts curriculum will be a significant step forward in achieving our educational goals. The shared vision and collective effort of our teachers will undoubtedly lead to enriched learning experiences for our students.
