Rees Elementary students celebrated "Warm Hearts and Happy Faces" to improve breakfast participation. They played games, guessed the number of cereal bites in a glass bottle and enjoyed a delicious breakfast as part of the Universal Breakfast Program (all students eat breakfast for free.)
Rees students ate 272 breakfasts on a single day, up from an average of 200. A breakfast grant was awarded for the 2014-15 school year, and Nebo School District continued the program without a grant this year.
